This project consisted of installation of six screw pumps at the influent pump station along with two Pista grit systems and two bar screens at the headworks. Construction of two new bioselectors in existing oxidation ditch. Installation of fine bubble aeration system in existing oxidation ditch. Construction of new blower building complete with four blowers. Construction of two clarifiers and RAS / WAS pump station. Construction of new UV system. Construction of new effluent pump station with 48″ effluent piping over levee. Converted existing effluent pump station to a storm water pump station with three new pumps. Furnish and installed new switchgear, transformers, MCC’s and a new plant wide SCADA system. Modified existing clarifier basin to make a sludge holding basin and installed new sludge transfer pumps.
